DOCUMENTS REVEALING THE INVALIDITY OF THE CLAIMS IN THE BAV CASE
DOCUMENTS REVEALING THE INVALIDITY OF THE ALLEGATIONS OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
One hundred people were taken into custody and 48 separate homes searched in the scope of the BAV case security department investigation. However, it was soon determined that the members of the BAV had absolutely nothing to do with any criminal offense.
In the light of the failure to establish any violation of the law regarding the members of the BAV community and the danger of the conspiracy set up coming to nothing, efforts were then made to establish non-existent evidence of crimes using fraudulent methods. To that end, resort was made to false statements, false witnesses, false testimonies taken under duress, and extreme violence.
The most revolting techniques of psychological warfare were employed in order to reduce any public reaction in the face of this chain of violence and illegal measures employed in full public view. A ruthless attack was made on the moral values of Mr. Adnan Oktar and the members of the BAV community through certain media.
In particular, there was a systematic attempt to suggest that members of the BAV community (supposedly) lived in a manner contravening the Turkish-Islamic conception of the family.
The aim behind the use of these disgraceful imputations collected from the gossip columns was of course to produce a climate against the members of the BAV community, known for their patriotic and spiritual characters, to cast doubt in the minds of the conservatives who would be expected to support them at a time when they were subjected to illegal measures and to prevent any intervention against those severe illegal measures.
But all those involved in these allegations (who were also heard at the DGM – State Security Court) stated that these vile imputations were mere slander.
